THE 360 lEADER MENTORSHIP HUB
The 360 Mentorship Hub employed the blended technique of video resources, book reviews, and dynamic discussions to instil personal and leadership development in the participants. The program covered the dissemination of financial knowledge and tips on maintaining good relationships as well as purpose discovery.

Summer leadership summit 2023
The Summer Leadership Summit empowered young leaders through insights on self-discovery, intentionality, and diligence. The keynote and breakout sessions focused on self-leadership, equipping participants with practical leadership skills and fostering growth.










2022
Leadup Academy: Nuturing Future Leaders
LeadUp Academy, a showcase of our leadership excellence; is a cohort-based leadership training by the LeadUp Initiative. The first edition took place in 2022. The program was designed to nurture aspiring leaders Our major guideline and resource was John Maxwell's 'iChoose' leadership course, which served as the foundation for robust learning. By the end of a two-month rigorous mentorship journey, 30 out of 100 interested participants emerged as trailblazers from the academy. 2020
Monthly Book Reading Drive
The 2020 Monthly Book Reading Drive began in August 2020 and was a transformative experience of personal growth and community engagement. Participants embarked on a five-month journey, reading various self-help books including Atomic Habits by James Clear, Deep Work by Cal Newport, The Leader Who Had No Title by Robin Sharma, and The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma. To ensure maximum participation, daily prompts that encouraged participants to share lessons learned were sent to the virtual community, and this was complemented by insightful reviews from everyone at the end of each day. This program provided a rich experience in both personal growth and vibrant community engagement.

Career Development Program (CDP 2019)
Innovate, Create and Educate
Innovate, Create and Educate
Career Development Program 2019 was the first launched program by the Lead Up Initiative. The inaugural program which was held on May 27th, 2019, targeted at senior secondary school students in Ibadan, Oyo State. The event, themed ICE 1.0 (Innovate, Create, Educate), was organized to guide participants in making informed career decisions, particularly in professions influenced by the technological revolution through innovation, creativity, and education. Participants were taken through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) brochure to identify key subjects for exam preparation. Students from various departments at the University of Ibadan also participated, providing practical insights on gaining admission to their courses of study, offering encouragement, and providing mentorship to interested students. The LeadUp Initiative provided follow-up support and guidance after the event, resulting in over 80% of participants who took the exams in 2019 gaining admission to various institutions in Nigeria
The keynote speaker, Dr. Tomi Kolawole, CEO of Vinsight, emphasized how creativity and innovation have revolutionized the current career landscape and encouraged participants to leverage these skills to prepare for the future of work. Additionally, a participant was selected and sponsored for UTME tutorials, resulting in her successful admission to the University of Ibadan. The Career Development Program is set to take place annually with the vision of inspiring and educating young minds, fostering their career aspirations and development.
